Christina Chin_Portfolio Plan / Visual Content

Portfolio Plan

1. The museum of

a. Bells

- An upside down round bell shaped garden building, the roof opens up for fresh air to come into the building.

- A house / museum shaped like a bell / bell tower

- Sculpture made out of  round bells (small bells made in a shape of a huge bell)

- Trees with bells as leaves so as wind passes through them, they lightly jingle

b. Left handed objects

- A museum of everything for left-handed people. All different people can get the experience of how a left handed society would be like.

- Social Discussion with other left-handed people, asking them the struggles they experienced plus the struggles they still have till this day. Maybe see what right-handed people think about left-handed people; kind of like stereotypes they know about left- handed people.

- Book about being left handed. All the objects, facts, information that are left handed and little written notes on some of the images of why it’s different. A nonsense book of things left handed people have to go through.

2. Book of  Anger

- A book you can take your anger out on whether it be sad anger or physical. A book made to be destroyed. A person who keeps their feeling inside and do not want to talk to anyone but still let it all out.

3. Book of a tragic or memorable memory

- Turn it into a personal book where images and/or physical aspects be put into the book. The feelings you have about the memory, whether you wish you could have changed anything. etc.

4. Infographics

- Info about my family tree, understanding myself and for others to understand where I come from.

5. ? Moment of Stillness

- The feeling of time passing  around me and I move with it but not really taking everything in.

New ideas:

6. Book: Internet Dictionary ( Internet slang that people do not understand)

- The older generation wants to start using smart phones more often so why not give them a book that can be used to help them when they get a text message and they do not understand it.

7. Branding Candles

- People love the smell of strange things for example I like smelling new books or gasoline. Well why not make a candle that smells like it and will not me as toxic as smelling the real thing. Ex: new book smell, gasoline, new car smell, sharpie, food (burgers, french fries, and subways.

8. Branding Suit Ties / Bow ties

- Ties and bow ties that express your emotions with smiley faces, sad faces, angry, shy, tired...etc
